By renting a vehicle from Fanatics Wheels Car Rental L.L.C, you agree to the following terms:
Driver Requirements
- Minimum age: 21+
- Valid driving license
- Passport/Emirates ID required
Security Deposit
A refundable deposit may be held to cover:
- Damages
- SALIK (toll charges)
- Traffic fines
Refunds are processed after all fines and charges are cleared (usually 24–28 days depending on authorities).
Insurance
All vehicles include basic insurance.
Full coverage upgrades may be available upon request.
A police report is mandatory for all accidents.
Vehicle Use
Strictly prohibited:
- Racing, drifting, burnouts
- Off-road driving
- Allowing unauthorized drivers
- Negligent or dangerous driving
Fuel Policy
Return with the same fuel level provided.
Late Return
Late fees may apply if the car is not returned on time.
Mileage
Any mileage limitations will be stated at booking.
Liability
The renter is responsible for all fines, damages, and violations during the rental period.
